Seaworld AP upgrade from Discovery Cove Ultimate?

Hi All, hoping someone comes along with an answer for me...

Due to our flights to Goa in December being cancelled (TC) we're now going to Orlando. We're already booked for August 2020 so i'm looking into annual passes for both Seaworld parks and Universal parks.

I've seen a great deal on DC ultimate swim package on Orlando Attractions and as we've never done this before I'm thinking of buying.

My question is, has anyone upgraded from one of these tickets to an annual pass?

I'm hoping that it's possible and will just get the value of the 3 park ticket towards the price of the pass?

Any help greatly appreciated!

we had dc and 3 park ultimates and was told they was worth approx $64 against annual passes
