Villa with private pool on a resort

We are doing a 3-week trip next year and as it will be the last for a while I want to pack everything in, and experience our favourite bits of all the previous trips. Starting with RPR club level, followed by Coronado springs, then for the last week we are looking for a villa with a private pool, but on a resort with its own pool and a bar and snack bar/ restaurant. It’s just me, DH and 2 DD’s (14 and 11) We really want to be close to restaurants, not too fussed about being close to parks as this will be our down time.

Previously we have enjoyed The Grove, but would like a private pool this time as it’s peak season. We also have rented many villas but usually in quieter residential places like Lindfields. This time we’re hoping for the buzz of the resort with the privacy of the villa.

Reunion looks great but is too expensive. Solterra and Windsor at Westside only seem to have huge villas or condos/ townhouses that have a splash pool or no private pool at all. Emerald Island and Championsgate seen to fit the bill. Would anyone recommend one of these in particular, or any other resort where we can rent a villa with its own pool? Many thanks in advance!

We’ve booked one in High Grove, it’s our first time there but it has a clubhouse with pool and is close to restaurants. It’s also gated which we really liked about it!

Stopped at Highgrove last October for 3 weeks

I’ve also been to high grove and we had a lovely villa and it’s a lovely area. It is a bit of a further drive along the 192 though.

Sunset lakes is the other are we have stayed and I’d also thoroughly recommend

Have a look at Terra Verde, we didn’t book there in the end (booked at Glenbrook) but it does look lovely and has facilities and not too far from restaurants etc

We’ve booked a lovely 4 bed villa at emerald island for next summer, it’s got a resort pool, plus a pool bar, club room etc plus we have the villa pool.

Emerald Island is nice. Communal pool and clubhouse as well as pools in the villas. It's close to shops and restaurants and 10 minutes from Disney. We have booked Championsgate this time and travel the week after next.

We have a 4 bed on Solterra booked for next yr. Visited friends who stayed there one yr and its fab...cant wait!

Can I ask who you booked through? Only very big villas came up in Solterra on my search
