Hello and welcome.
Wasnt going to do a trippie but i love reading other people so going to try and keep up live...

We travelled down from wolverhampton to gatwick (wanted to go from heathrow as normal but was a hubby bases mix up.
Journey down on monday and was 30 degrees outside and air con (which we never use due to an asthmatic child) died about 20mins into journey...

So after roasting for a few hours we stopped for drinks...

Only to find we had a flat tyre.
So u can imagine v unhappily unloaded car to get to spare then watched hubby change tyre while i sat in shade and drank my not v nice but silly expensive so im drinking it iced tea.
Arrived at gatwick just after 5 and did twilight check in.
Thos took about an hour as v slow and a few people in front of us

Paid and then it got v dull.

Checked into travellodge and sat while hubby dropped off car in bar with a drink lol.
Fyi. Food is dull at travellodge so they supplied us with plates and we ordered takeaway to eat in room.
Alot nicer fresher and cheaper than airport food! (inc delivery was £20 and gf which is going to be a big issue lol...)
Sleep about 10. Awake at 2.
Short night lol...
