As Claudette said, if you have a hotel only booking (or hotel+tickets booking) I think you'll need to contact Disney and tell them you're cancelling your accommodation (and tickets, if applicable).

If you booked a flight+hotel package with Disney and your flight is cancelled then Disney should contact you to advise you of your options (probably refund or amend to next year).
