I've already registered. When I try to log in first and then add to my basket it says my password is wrong, which it isn't. Then when I click the link to remind me of my password, it says my first name doesn't match up with my email address. complete tosh of a system and doesn't inspire me with confidence about the product as I've read lots of poor reviews. Shame cos the idea is a good one.

I tried this, how do you find the photo connect card? I can only find it by going on a separate website to buy it, im not seeing the option to buy in the photo connect shop
Im also not getting the option to sign in when I try to buy it

Oh. No idea then. That error message came up when I purchased mine. I did buy mine though before the price went up.

It is a very clunky website.

Ok cheers, looks like it can only be used to buy items once you have bought the photoconnect card

me too can't see the package to buy it in my account maybe it only comes up after a year has passed from your first purchace ?
