I thought he may have expanded, but he was very closed up when asked.
Not liking that at all, I thought he may have said something like
Once a vaccine has been offered to all we could look to open up more travel.

We booked last November, and it was in the balance then. It's been in the balance since. We always expected to end up making a decision mid to late July.

I have to be honest although it was no way good news it wasn’t as bad as I thought. I thought he might have stopped travel altogether. I also thought he might have said no more reviews till July 19th. He also didn’t advise not to go on Summer Holiday which is what other MP’s
have been saying.

IMO it will be 15th July with the task force reporting around that date and Biden opening up on the 19th... or I could be way off!

I didn't bother watching Boris and his cronies, instead I used the time productively to book a few backup trips with BA

October half term + 1 week before
3 weeks over Xmas
February half term + 1 week after

I'm fully expecting all 4 trips to go ahead including august... best budget for some AP's once they start selling them again!

Well after todays announcement my airline has just cancelled all training for seasonal crew due to start. Definitely feels like travelling this summer is going to be a write off.
