Points usage confused

Hi looking for some advice on this points subject

I have 108 points left from our BWV contract from 2020 August use year. Can I use these for next year or do I need to sell them as cannot go until next July

If you got them Aug 2020 then you can bank then (assuming you haven�t left it too late )
Then you can use them between Aug 21 and July 22.

I think you should have banked them before now Though so you might have to ring guest services and see if they can help. If you�ve had to cancel due to covid they seem to be more flexible.

If you can�t bank them then you will struggle to sell them as they will need to be used In the next two weeks.

Well I managed to save 3 minutes only 75 mins to wait listening to fantastic tunes. The wonderful member of staff was able to bank my points into my 2021 use year. Was informed that this should have been done via a form for overseas members when I had originally cancelled in April. So relieved and glad I checked my account today. Thanks for the advice and telephone number.

I�ve never heard of a particular form for overseas members but I�m pleased they sorted it out for you.
