Mobile Passports

Hi everyone my two daughters have just got new passports and I can a page that says holders signature. My daughters are 15 and 10 do they sign them or do I sign them as their parent.

Check the photo pages. On a child’s passport, it usually says “the holder is not required to sign” toward the bottom right of the photo page.

It does, but under the new passport rules if you are 11 or over when it's issues you have to sign it (except in specific care cases)

Both are likely to be different, read the booklet that the passport office sent you. Don’t reply on someone from the dibb said! These things change and update.
The eldest probably has to sign her passport and the youngest not. Both will be different and the passport page will tell you.

if the signature line is blank then the hold needs to sign it. If the holder doesn't need to sign it it will say in the space for the signature.

If any one else signs the passport then you will need to get new ones as they will becone invalid.
