Quick service and snacks at disney California

What would be your recommended snacks/QS in both disney California parks/downtown Disney (as from what I gather its nearby).
We are going for just two days and we would probably want to try everything but what are peoples specific recommendations. We will be visiting WDW the year after so we are happy to miss out on things we could probably acquire there.

It's been over a year since I went but I remember really liking these!

Disneyland:
Corn Dog from the cart on main street
Beignets from New Orleans Square (I think it's the French Market?). They also have Mint Juleps which were incredibly refreshing and nice.

DCA:
Jack Jack Num Num Cookie from the kiosk next to the Incredicoaster (this is apparently also sold in WDW DHS though)
Boudin bakery
Ghirardelli (also in WDW DS)

Multiple churros flavours throughout DL and DCA

DTD:
Salt and Straw - this is an ice cream shop with really interesting ice cream flavours

Can't remember what else but off the top of my head these are the snacks that I really liked!

Not been yet haha but we can't wait to try the cones at DCA Cars Land.

My two favourites were the soup in the sourdough bread bowl and the mac and bacon cone.
Not a QS but I also recommend trying the Monte Cristo and Parmesan fries whilst there. Massive portions so you can easily share a meal.
And as above Mint Juleps and also their dole whips.
