Travel Insurance for new trips booked
As it looks as if insurance companies going forward will not cover CV for new trips, what are your thoughts on booking new holidays maybe for 2021?
I’m certainly reticent to not have such cover because who knows if this may happen again in the future, could this hit the travel industry hard at the time in the future that people may be ready to make bookings? |

I agree , but if no one will book, maybe insurance will offer cover with an additional premium?

Alternatively, they introduce significantly lower deposits and shorter final payment dates so that the financial exposure is more tolerable. Cruise lines are doing this.
