Have you had a letter to remind you to pay your balance? Or as i suspect nothing at all

Nothing I’m afraid , but I’m not paying anymore till I know what’s going on .

Went down the local Tui store before they all shut. She told us that we had to pay our balance by April 7th to secure our holiday for this year or to be able to get a full refund or rebook for next year.

Don't trust these companies. They only need an excuse to wriggle out of their responsibilities

That’s not what there saying on the website , I’m not sure what to do so I’ll wait till they contact me ,loosing the will to be bothered tbh.

Yep. If we rebook now for next year we will lose the ddp. Such a rubbish situation.

Got through eventually to Tui after hour and a half. Told me not to worry about paying the balance as Tui have no way of taking payments at the moment. Holiday will not be lost.

Shortly after i was sent a new Atol certificate with yesterday's date on it.

I go may 7 and havnt heard anything as yet so will have to wait I know on website it says only dealing with people going up until April 16 .

I wish we were. I haven't called yet as it says holidays up to 16th April. It will be interesting to see what happens with others going before us.

We are going on the 5th May and the same as you we haven’t heard anything from them yet. I don’t know what to do if I do get the phone call, postpone till Nov, rebook for May next year or just get a refund. Far too much to think about!

I’ve changed from end of June this year to end of June next year!
When I made the new booking it automatically took £300 off!
