This was my route for this year but I couldn’t find the prices this year. I’m gonna probably have to give Vegas a miss but we only have 14 nights booked next year.

We're doing practically the same route, but for 3 weeks.

We struggled with fitting in the South Rim GC as its such a long drive out and then back to LV, or as a stop between LV and LA. We've ended up extending Vegas for a few more nights as a base, and are going to do hoover dam/GC West rim as a day trip and Zion NP as another day trip.

We've booked most stuff on free cancellation/no prepay including some airbnb - good job with all the changes we keep making
Would’ve loved 3 weeks and to include Vegas.

North of SFO is something that we are actively considering for a future trip and we would like to see your thoughts afterwards.

Meantime (as in my pretrippie), we are heading S from SFO... Then East.
You will love it!

We did a 4 week road trip - Arizona, Nevada and California with a 10 and 12 year old. It was epic!

We have done California, Arizona and Nevada a couple of times and love it. This year we are staying in California, flying into San Francisco and out of San Diego but instead of going down the pch1 we are going to Lake Tahoe, Yosemite, Death Valley and then finish in San Diego. I can't wait and 🙏 we all get there! 😊
