Shooting ranges, Orlando

Hi folks, as August '20 turned into August '21, looking to flesh out the plan again.

Thoughts on shooting ranges appreciated, please, for our spell based on International Drive. Only caveat is they must allow our fourteen year old daughter to shoot, too.

My husband did it at Orlando Gun Club a few years ago. He really enjoyed it and myself and daughter sat in a waiting room with water and coffee while he did the experience.
Not sure on age you need to be to take part, our daughter was 8 at the time and was too young.

Oak ridge is my choice, no problem with a 14 year old, you will all need ID is you wish to shoot.

Another vote for Oak Ridge, very enjoyable afternoon and not too expensive. We were all over 18 so not sure what age restrictions there are. Just email them, they are very helpful. Make sure you take ID i.e. passport.

Cheers folks 👍

Oak Ridge and Orlando Gun Club look promising, also looking at the Shooting Gallery Range.

Oakridge was great, small but great. But it was a while back when we went; 2011 I think.

I went to the Orlando Gun Club and really enjoyed it (64 year old woman travelling solo !). According to their website children from age 12 to 21 have to be accompanied by a parent.

We have been to The Shooting Gallery with our four girls, youngest was 14 at the time... had a great experience with a 9mm Glock.

We went to shooters world in Orlando a couple of years ago with our kids (youngest was 12). We all enjoyed the experience (found them as they did a groupon at the time)
