It was like-new and still in it's box. But it wasn't an original one from back in the 70s (or whenever they were made). I think it was made around 2000 or so.

My son inherited the one my DH had as a child, after it had been passed down to his younger brothers. My GS now plays with it although there is barely a scrap of paint on it after being in the car box of three boys before him.

All my cars and various vehicles are still at my parents in a box. There over 50yrs old and still get played with by parents great grand children when they used to visit before covid.
