Why would a Virgin flight not be showing to book?

Hi all,

I have a booking LHR to MCO for Oct, ideally I'd love to change the return leg to come into Glasgow instead (same day). The date we want (22nd Oct) isn't showing on their website to book, its showing on expert flyer and also for the week after. I've searched for 4 people which is what we need, the live chat agent said there are 2 PE seats available but even when I search for 2 people, nothing comes up for me. Anyone any idea why? Its VS72 on 22nd Oct if anyone can see anything I can't.

It is zeroed out in all fare buckets so that suggests it is full - fare buckets are showing available for the previous/next Fridays so at this stage it isn't cancelled. Is it the end of the Scottish school holidays?

Hi

Yeah its the Friday before schools restart, I was forgetting too that its the smaller planes now so less availability to start. Thanks so much for checking, just looked and managed to get miles upgrade to upper for our return to Heathrow instead, just need to book a BA flight back up from there.

Glad you got sorted toots82 and a bonus of UC back to LHR. Don't forget if you are booking a return from LHR-GLA with BA on a separate ticket to leave plenty of time to pick up your luggage, transfer terminals and re-check in.

Sorry if I am stating the obvious

Thank you, we've never done indirect before so its a bit scary, theres a connection we can get thats just under 4 hours, thinking thats probably the safest. Will take some time and look into the options, we can do Edi or Gla so thats handy.
