Picky tea of a cheese board, crackers, baked camembert, some kind of fancy looking bread, dips, charcuterie, olives, etc. Mostly pre-packaged so I can just peel the lids off, serve and enjoy!

Last night tesco finest Kiev’s with salad and coleslaw and HM wedges

Tonight pork roast dinner

Tomorrow might turn left over pork into pulled bbq pork and wallop it on some HM flatbread or nachos and heat up the roasties to go with it .

Unfortunately have a cold and didn’t taste a thing of tonight’s tea ( done COVID test Saturday just Incase it’s not a cold )

Used up the delicious turkey in a turkey and bacon pasta bake this evening

Tonight I made Thai pork meatballs with noddles, sugar snaps peas and kale in a ramen broth. This was sooooooooo good and fresh

And tonight was a gousto triumph

Chicken schnitzel, with millionaire chips (truffle oil, Parmesan, garlic and parley) and picked red cabbage slaw.
This was soooooo yummy 😋

We had crusty bread cheese and a bowl of homemade vegetable soup just fancied something simple
