Got excited and spelt name wrong..

Hello everyone

Got excited and booked with DLP direct this afternoon for Jan 2022 (Cheyenne, Mon-Fri for Ł630).

In my excitement I just realised I missed a letter from my surname!

I have not booked flights so was not that worried but then my boyfriend said about the insurance etc..

I can only find the 0300 phone number which I assume is going to be very busy with people trying to rebook.. is there an email I can use?

Is that the number on your email confirmation? It's usually quieter, as I think it's meant to be for after you've booked, for aftercare, such as your issue. ❤❤

Thank you! I got through straight away! Thought there would be an admin charge but was no problem

Generally speaking a spelling mistake is okay

even most airlines you get 3 letters for free. (Don’t think you could go from Ben to Tom though &#128514

I spelt my dads name wrong on flights once 🤦🏻 And our booking system automatically puts Mr as the clients title, which is fine normally as I remember to change it, unfortunately I forgot on one booking - there’s no title on a passport but there is sex so had to try and get that changed FOC! Whoops!

For a hotel booked it won’t make much difference to be honest.

It’s the travel element where it’s more important.
