ABD DL 6 day tour.. what after?
Looking into the ‘Hollywood and Disneyland’ Adventures by Disney tour from Uk in a few years hopefully 🤞.
As it’s 6 days and coming from the Uk hopefully looking to do 2 weeks so looking for suggestions of what else can you do after the 6 days of tour to fill 2 weeks. Got to consider don’t drive also. Thanks |

What does it cover? Hard to suggest without knowing that. Assuming it’s mostly Hollywood and Disney San Diego (Amtrak if you don’t drive) springs to mind. Or fly to San Francisco? Or Fly to Vegas? Lots of options, what do you like to do most and where have you been before?
The ABD tours look amazing but I do wonder if they will scale back until COVID is a distant memory (which may be a few years depending on which economic outlook you trust). |

I did it the other way round and did the ABD as the third week of a Cali holiday, spending time in San Francisco, Yosemite and the driving slowly down towards Los Angeles.
If I were doing it again (and I’d love to!) I would do it at the start of the holiday, making sure to be full refreshed from the flight before the tour starts. ABD tours are full on. I recall falling into bed every night with my mind spinning and feet screaming, and being exhausted in the morning. Exhaustion was usually very quickly replaced with excitement for the day ahead as soon as coffee/breakfast came around.

Hi does nobody dr in the party. West coast is really a driving holiday for the most part. You could do San Diego or take the train up to San Fran. There is lots to do in both places. Disney museum in San Fran is good

What about Hawaii for the remaining 8 nights? (because your trip is a few years away, I definitely would not recommend it in the near future)
Extra flight cost and travel time but you can stay in Waikiki without a car and do tours (I’d suggest a car would be better for some of the time, but if you don’t have anyone to drive you don’t!) Otherwise San Diego or San Francisco would still be my suggestion having read more about what you want... Edited at 01:19 PM. |

Was thinking San Fran to see the Disney Family Museum but we have been lucky enough to do San Fran before in 2012 so is their anything near the Walt Disney museum since 2012 that could do that properly haven’t done previously in San Fran?
Where also going to do 2 or 3 extra days in Disneyland after ABD Edited at 08:37 PM. |
