We are too. Youngest just turned 10 so not sure what he thinks but still want it to be magical. Hoping he falls asleep soon. Merry Christmas everyone x

Mine are 18 and 22 - for the 1st time ever they haven’t even left out a carrot & mince pie just to humour me
 I’ve just carried the sack of presents down the stairs and no-one even noticed  oh for those days of waiting up ...

Ha ha all quite in here but we are on the next stage as our kids are now the generation waiting for the kids to go to bed
Just think next year we might all be going to the cinema panto ballet eating out late night shopping And hopefully we will all remember how much every one has sacrificed to get there for all |

I’m still waiting for mine to be asleep and trying not to fall asleep myself! My boys are 12 and 15. Both scattered reindeer dust and youngest got the Santa snack plate ready. I’ve discovered this year that the eldest is a stickler for tradition so hopefully, they’ll continue to humour me for a little while longer.
