How to find a film?

I saw a thriller movie a few years ago now and want to watch it again. The problem is that I can't remember who was in it or what it was called.

Long shot here but does anyone have any clue after I give a rubbish description of the plot?

Its based in an American town, down a typical road of lovely houses, quite wealthy I think.

two couples who get along and do everything together. So much that one of the Husbands suggests that his friend could perhaps sneak into his house and have his wicked way with his wife, and would he mind if he went and di the same with his friends wife :o

So they did the deed, only for one of the women to get murdered! DNA of the neighbour everywhere. All along he was being framed.

Thats all I have

I 100% thought that Martin Kemp was in it but I have looked everywhere (even ordering the wrong film), and I can't find a thing.
