Paying the balance late!

Hi
I booked our upcoming trip to DLP through the Disney French site,
I thought the balance was due by the 15th Jan I was getting ready to pay tomorrow, however when I checked the conformation letter again I think it might�ve of been due by the 10th of January I rang up straight away, and when I eventually got through, I said I was phoning to pay the balance the chap put me onto another line there was an automatic message in French and then it disconnected, I tried to call back but it was just playing music for ages. Now I�m worrying has anyone paid late?

There's been a lot of system issues at DLP lately so I know of a few people who were physically unable to pay their balances in the last week or so because of this.

Are you able to pay online? That's how I did mine. On the french site you need to first link your booking by clicking on the "My account" section (i run it through chrome so it's translate) and then add your booking ref and surname. I was then able to pay my balance without any issue.

If that doesn't work just ring them first thing tomorrow, i'm sure it will be fine.
