Sequoia lodge on free dining plan?

Hi. I have half board free dining plan and am
staying in Sequoia Lodge. Is it a hot and cold buffet as I just read it’s a pastry and juice. I cannot eat gluten so just checking this out now. Not a problem if so as I will take some porridge pots to eat but great if it’s more than that and I don’t have to. Thank you.

Also are there hot drink making facilities in the standard rooms otherwise I will take my travel kettle too. 😊

The breakfast at the SQL is plentiful - hot options include bacon (american style), scrambled eggs, veal sausages, beans etc..

Along with the pastries theres also fruit, meats and cheese as cold options.

I'm sure I've read somewhere that they now stock gluten free breads with the breakfast so you could always ask for some of these.
