Really bad headache
I’ve had an intense bad headache that’s lasted 2 whole days now ,woke up this morning-day 3 and it’s still here . Tablets haven’t touched it .I’m also very tired and napping throughout the day . Anyone else had this ?

I had the flu in February and had all of those things. Headache was the worst of my life. Started on Saturday and by Wednesday I was ready to chop my head off. I read somewhere about caffeine and realised that I hadn't had a cup of tea as had felt so I'll since the Saturday. Had a cup and felt at least 50%better after about 20 mins... think it.was caffeine withdrawal 😳

Have you had enough water? Dehydration is the worse for headaches.

If you are worried, give 111 a call. They might want to test you for Coronavirus as you have some of the symptoms.
Drink plenty - try some warm drinks as they can be comforting. Hope you feel better soon
