Thousands of pounds spent on a holiday and you didn't just buy a $16 water bottle so you could start treatment immediately.
Lordy ! Anyway, how much was the water bottle from Walmart? Did you go for the $5 one?

If the pain is bad get Salonpas pads they are from Japan and really work my husband broke his neck 3 yrs ago and even after healed pain is bad sometimes he says they work very well.

My knee started playing up yesterday so I filled a medium Gatorade bottle with hot water from the tap and wrapped it in a t,-shirt and used that.,(Wouldn't trust boiling water from kettle not to split the plastic and scald)

Go but heat pads cura do them in the USA or own brand much better then a hot water bottle. Enjoy your holiday .
