Mobile November Crowds

Hi all

It's one of those how long is a piece of string questions! But... it's been a few years since we went in November and we fly 2nd Nov 2019 for 2 weeks! What are your recent experiences of November as it was quiet when we last went with some rides just walking on with no wait! It looks like alot of people are booking November this year do you think it will be really crowded maybe there is no such thing as a quiet time to visit Disney anymore!?

These were taken 2017 in mk and Epcot .
The parks are extremely busy as it’s the food and wine festival, the marathon , start of Christmas and the end of Halloween so a week break between the party nights and jersey week. There is no quiet time really anymore . It may quieten off a bit after food and wine finishes and before thanksgiving .

We were there 2nd November last year for two weeks.

The first week was busy but manageable (MK was very busy in the evenings) with good planning etc. This is due to F&W still being on, Run Disney events on the first weekend of November, Jersey Week, etc.

The second week was much quieter. Epcot in particular was considerably less crowded once F&W finished. There were still queues in Disney but nowhere near as long.

We had gorgeous weather, Christmas decorations, Peppermint Bark in Ghirardelli, F&W and quiet parks in the second week of our trip. I wouldn't hesitate to go at the same time again if I could.

If Galaxy's Edge has opened by then it will be extremely busy. I'm planning a visit around the same time so I've got my fingers crossed it won't be open yet!

I'm contemplating a visit around that time for the F&W half marathon, and am expecting at least the time around end Oct/early Nov to be busier due to the last days of Halloween, Food and Wine, and the half marathon. And if Star Wars land is open then I'll expect it to be extra busy...

I'll be arriving same day, we picked it as a 'quieter' time, only to discover its marathon the first weekend, Jersey week, veterans' day and start of MVMCP and potentially Galaxy's Edge. We're going anyway and planning as best we can. Sure it'll be amazing no matter how busy as long as we plan for it.

We were there 29th Oct-12th Nov 18 been going this time of year since 1993 we found it very busy this time especially Magic Kingdom over the Marathon Weekend. US/IOA was very busy too we're considering trying different times of the year now as can see no advantage crowd wise for going that time of year. Well worth it for catching all the Christmas decs though and we love F&W

We did first 2 weeks November albeit in 2016 and was very manageable even with a 4 year old- as others have said Epcot a bit crazy with food and wine but otherwise decent size crowds and no awful waits
