Mobile Tui car hire 6 seater

Hi we have booked a package deal with basic 6 seater through tui with Alamo Sanford. Any idea on what car we are likely to get and how much the insurance is to upgrade when we are their.

Generally any upgrades you do at the desk will be more expensive than doing them before you go. Although upgrading through TUI can be more expensive than the desk!
They don’t include CDW as standard and the basic cover of SLI/EP is woefully low.
Have you looked at hiring a car separately with Virgin/DFCH/Netflights etc.?
Maybe a cheaper option.

I suggest you go back to tui and change the car to the smallest/cheapest they have. They may adjust the price down. Don’t add insurance, and don’t pick up the car on arrival. See below and check out before you cancel. There may be a slim chance that tui are cheaper, but I’d doubt it.

Look for a seven seater from uk based. hire companies, which include full insurance. You will likely find that the total price will be less than the price from tui .
This year I have found that Virgin Atlantic/ Virgin Holidays have been very competitive, as has Discount Florida Car Hire who post on here. Alamo has the best selection of cars at Sanford and these companies use them.

Hope this helps
