we are just picking our seats and there is only row 76 available for our outward journey but for our journey home we can pick from row 76, 77, 79 or 80 my hubby thinks the seats on row 80 wont recline all the way even though there is no one behind us any advise as we usually sit downstairs

They do recline all the way, but the armrests do not go all the way up. This leaves the armrests protruding and stops you leaning on each other to sleep. I think the armrests are the same for all upstairs seats, but I'm not certain.

nope the armrests dont raise all the way on any of the bubble economy seats

Row 80 (and row 79 on the other side of the plane) are known on here as Dibber's Row as they are a popular choice due to the full recline and having no-one behind you.
