Kids meals for an Adult

Does anyone know if you can order a QS kids meal but for an adult to eat in Disney?

Last time we went I wasted so much because the portion size in Disney was so large and as I was gluten free, mate didn't want to share my allergy offerings! It doesn't matter too much if I can't, I just didn't want to waste food.

I didn't have any problems in Universal as the portions were a lot smaller😀

Yes you can but if you’ve got the dining plan you’ll still be charged an adult credit. My daughter (now 17) still does this all the time. Sometimes they will bring her a larger portion of a child’s meal. She also orders kids mains and adult deserts sometimes. I agree she should be eating more like an adult but if she’s eating at all I’m happy TBH.

At QS it doesn't matter, there's no distinction in credit age. But as above, it's also not a problem at TS although they often make the portion larger which would defeat the purpose.

Yes my mom always had kids meals because she wan't a big eater. On DDP they charge you an adult credit for it if you don't have any children on DDP you can 'steal' from

Thanks everyone, that's great news to know i can ask for a kids QS meal and a bonus to know I could ask for a kid meal at TS but as an adult portion if I wanted ( my tastebuds have recently changed and I've gone off a lot of foods except what a child would want to eat! )
