Sorry yes you are totally correct, my bad, I thought that kitchen (edit I am not sure what it is at the top, but its not a kitchen) was a bed!
Well this definately improves the resort for me- as I have been wanting this for a while.

I think the bit in the top right-hand corner is the sofa bed with a couple of armchairs next to it and a coffee table.

I'd make a terrible builder or architect or interior designer. I think you are right.

Tower studio way too small for me - and that's coming from a Bay Lake Tower owner who normally stays in a studio

I don't understand why there are less bathrooms than at Bay Lake in the 1 bed... !

I wasn't planning on buying or staying here anyway but this puts me off unless points are very low!

I suppose if you were getting in late you could book a studio for half the points of a night at your main dvc location rather than staying at the airport say.

That is a good idea, if there are two of you.

I've just read Riviera will have circa 1.8 m more points than BWV, with less rooms.
No surprise I suppose, price per point up, points per night high, drives more new members to current studios, placing more pressure on the same.
And good luck getting one of those mini studios, 24 only.

Yeesh - that sounds awful - much rather use my points on SSR then . I don't understand why someone would buy direct and then use their points at the existing 14 resorts though when they could buy resale - seems like a silly way to go about it.

YT. That is a monstrous amount more points. Not even a few thousand!

The thing is I am not surprised by anything anymore. If you announced the Points were $225 each I would not be shocked.

As an aside I see Jan was a good Month for direct DVC sales.
