I only live 10 mins from man airport and have a new link rd that takes us straight there lol, we don’t have any family that could drop us off and I don’t like using taxi’s personally, it’s just nice to come out get in your own car and head home however I’ve seen so many reports of cars being wrecked at the airport this last year it was in the local news!
Can’t decife what to do!

If I lived that close I would definitely taxi it - I too saw those stories and was freaking out about parking my car there. So far I've been ok.

I feel the same way . And for the last 5 years I now use a lovely little hotel that charges £20 parking no matter how long you park ( we normally go 3 weeks ) ..Its £95 b&b for the night and £16 taxi each way now they charge taxi . We go for a nice meal near the hotel and a few drinks , to bed , taxi pick up , check in ...no fuss no stress .

We left our keys at the Cambridge hotel the other year when we had to fly Gatwick ...They reversed the car into something … But apparently it wasn't them Well it wasn't me as I was laid on a beach in Barbados . So never ever will I leave keys again .
