which is the best way round to do things
flying in and out of lax. First stop is Disneyland for a few days. Will collect the car after disney in Anaheim. We want to do a few days in San Diego , a few in Santa Monica and a night or 2 in Burbank (For universal, warner bros )
Should we do Disney, Burbank, Santa Monica and then San Diego and go straight back to lax, or do Disney, San Diego , Santa Monica and then Burbank... Would really appreciate some advice. Thanks |

Depends on what you really want to do in what order.
Logistically it would be Santa Monica from the Airport, then Burbank, Disney, San Diego and back to the airport. Or Disney, San Diego, Burbank and the Santa Monica to be back near the airport which would not have disney in the middle for car hire purposes. What do you plan to do in Santa Monica. Not really much there tbh other than the pier. You could do that, the other local beach towns like Venice Beach, plus Beverly hills etc all in a day easily. |

Hi - as above, Santa Monica would be most convenient to end up in for easy access to LAX.
Disagree with there not being much to do there though. Horses for courses but Santa Monica is the one part of 'LA' that we have chosen to stay at on repeat visits. As well as the pier and of course the beach, there's great restuarants and bars along Main Street, good shopping on the 3rd Street promenade, and the usual staple places us brits tend to hunt out in the US like Cheesecake factory etc. Wherever you choose though will be fine. |
