I was hoping to get the Toy Story Magic Band, but this doesn't show on MDE - does anyone know anything about this - we don't go until October? Thanks.

Unless you've bought tickets where you get it for free, you'll need to buy it. Only the plain ones are free to choose. If you're getting the free one, you have to pick it up at Disney Springs.

Does this relate to a ticket you have bought from WDW?

If so I bought 14 day tickets for my Granddaughter and Daughter last week from WDW UK. I had the confirmation E Mail so I could link it to MDE
Also on the E Mail was a 'will call' voucher to get the Toy Story Band from the World of Disney Store in Disney Springs. Voucher and Photo ID reqd.

I have the same issue had chosen ours and they were there. Now only all the older ones are there. I will wait a while and hope the glitch sorts. MDE has seemed really glitchy for the last few months ! hopefully ADRs will be ok on Sunday
