Villa cancellation

I think that's pretty poor - especially as the owner was a dibber! The only time this has happened to me, the owner had the courtesy to ring and let me know she was selling and that the buyer did not want to take on the existing bookings. She even gave me a link to another villa on the same sub-division which is where we eventually stayed. Please don't get too stressed about it - there are LOADS of villas out there. Good luck.

I think that’s the worst part, I would have appreciated the owner letting us know they were putting it on the market so we would have had the option to look elsewhere.

Yes, they returned that this morning after I contacted them.

How did you find out? Are the old owners still active on the Dibb?

We stay in LIZH (dibber) villa, its Windwood Bay, 5 bed, amazing pool area. Not sure if its available but she keeps her calendar up to date so worth a look.

We found out by accident, my mum googled it to show a friend and came back as pending sale. I then contacted owner who confirmed it was sold and then refunded deposit. They were active on the Dibb last week I think, but when I look now listing still there but not available and no photos.
