BOG Can you still meet the Beast
Hi There
We have just booked BOG for dinner, but when I have to look at the info about the restaurant it says it is not a character meal ... Have I made a mistake in thinking that every table goes to meet the beast ? Has anyone done it recently or knows if this is a thing or something maybe I dreamed ... Thanks for any help |

It's not a character meal in the traditional sense of characters in the restaurant visiting all the tables, but the Beast is still there and you can go to meet him in his room after your meal.

It has never been a character meal. The Beast (who of course is referred to as ‘The Master’) walks through the restaurant sometimes but does not stop at tables. However, you can queue to meet him in his study after dinner.
Dinner is now a fixed price three course meal only.

I think you are pretty much guaranteed to be able to meet him whatever time you go for dinner.

We had a 7.30 BOG dinner and were able to meet the Beast for a photo without any problems after our meal

We went recently, had a reservation for 7:45pm and were kept waiting for a little bit. During the meal the Beast walked through the restaurant maybe three or four times. Most people queued up to see him as they were leaving after finishing their meal. We have no interest in meeting the Beast so didn’t, the queue looked long on all occasions we went by.
