Can I do twilight check in?

Stay at gatwick airport hotel the night before flight. We are flying at 1pm and was wondering if we could do twilight check in? How does it work?

Yes you can. From memory it's open 1700-2100. You take documents and check in luggage, not cabin luggage, and that's it. You get boarding cards, have a relaxed evening and next day head straight to security. Love it.

If you're flying VA you can but can't say for any other airlines. All passengers have to attend

Flying Thomson today and twilight was available from 12 yesterday . Que as normal in and out within 45 minutes

We have always done this, but have always flown with Virgin on the 11am flight. I'm not sure who you're flying with. The Virgin twilight check in opens between 5pm - 9pm. I'm not sure if all airlines offer the service. It may be worth checking their website.

It's a nice way to get the holiday started. We usually do Twilight, then go and have dinner at Giraffe or Wetherspoons before going back to the hotel. Just remember to bring all of your passports and documents with you, and all members of your party.

If you are flying with Virgin you can check in for any flight the next day.

BA will allow you to check in for flights up until 15:15 the following day.

We're were on the 1pm VA flight in November and did twilight
