Any Regal Oaks Experts on Here?
We have booked to stay there for a week next year and was wondering which are the better "phases" to stay in. I believe some of the of the older units are starting to look a bit shabby now?

We have owned on Regal Oaks since 2007 so we are on the original phase. The exterior of these houses have been repainted recently by CLC and are looking good but the interior will depend on the individual owner. We try to maintain our property to a high standard and are lucky to have a good management company who keep on top of everything for us. A large quantity of the original phase are also owned by CLC now, so will also have the same updated interior furnishings as the latest phases. Personally I think that the houses around the lake and clubhouse are in the better location as they are not directly overlooked, but I think if these are booked through CLC you have to pay extra.

Thanks LakeView. Are all of the original phase (phase 0) 4 bedrooms?

We are here now and have a 4 bed in Bushman drive. We booked a package through Thomson.
I was dubious due to some of the reviews on TA but you cannot fault the inside the only criticism I would have is the outside space, for a 4 bed the outdoor space and furniture is poor and the design/position of the air con units is not great and very noisy. That said I am pleased with the location, resort, service and cleanliness cannot be faulted. Easy to walk to a number of restaurants and we have been using Uber for others further up the 192. Old town although quirky is something or nothing but this is down to personal taste . |
