Trailfinders site is confusing on the dates you put in- do the dates mean just the date of your trip, or from when you want the cover to run? I wasn’t sure.
Insurefor.com also doing it cheaper than Trailfinders.

Some things to note from my checking of the policies:

1. They don’t cover you for the biggest risks- either your area being locked down or another FCO advisory. It needs to be you getting the Covid or being personally locked down.
2. The insurefor.com policy covers you for denied boarding if you are temp checked etc getting on the plane. But there’s no mention of cover if Spain refuses to let you in when you land- given I don’t think many airlines are checking as you get onto the plane, the latter scenario may be the bigger risk.

Overall I looked at it and decided my current annual policy gives me similar cover.

I’ll see what cover the my policy offers on renewal and then decide whether I should get a Covid mentioning policy for future booked trips. I am only booking fully cancellable now anyway when going DIY.

Yes, sorry it's for worldwide cover including the USA

Interesting reading makes Nationwide Flex plus a complete waste of time having especially if they don't cover anything Medical to do with Covid, I understand why they wouldn't offer cover for cancellation but not to cover medical makes it completely worthless.

I’m the same with nationwide got a holiday booked for late October which is covered for covid, but any future holidays are not covered. I’m paying £13 a month cant use it for a future holiday & can’t cancel or my October holiday won’t be covered.

Insure & Go just sent my annual renewal proposal. No Covid cover or cover for anyone with fear of Covid. No cover for Airline failure or any other supplier of holiday services.
We have been going to the US several times a year, why do they think anyone would buy this product for a US holiday?

It sounds like it isn't worth the paper that it's printed on 😳
