4 - I'm eco so using tea leafs & organic milk. However the milk is still in plastic bottles so this week I'm going to try making my own! Going to try oat milk which is 3 cups of water & 1 cup of porridge oats blitzed together then sieved. You can add vanilla extract or blitz a prunes with it to sweeten

3 for me. Cant stand milky tea and anything past 3 has too much milk in for me. In fact, I’m so particular about tea that if we ever visit anyone and they offer a drink, I’ll have coffee. No one except DH makes tea like i like it.
