Next -return to store

I got some trainers for DD from Next last week, they didnt fit so i need to retun them, but i cannot find paperwork/invoice for them. Can i just take them to store and show them receipt on app?

As far as I know they don't always provide paperwork anymore. I think they will just scan them and identify your order from that as all items have a unique code.

They don’t need the invoice - thete is some sort of barcode/tracker on the item/label
Alternatively you can go online, into your account and arrange a return. The courier will collect them free from your doorstep

You don’t need the receipt, the bar code will be assigned to your account and once it’s scanned it will go back on.

My mum took something back to her next recently that I bought on my account.
I instantly got a text the minute she handed it over as it was scanned and was in my account in a couple of days.

Was it an online directory order? If so I very rarely have any paper work or invoice in the bag and have always just returned the item as is, they seem to know it’s my account when they scan the tag.

No wonder i couldnt find paperwork if they dont do that anymore - doh - silly me! Havent had to return to there before. Thanks for the helpful answers. X

Yes either shop (if it’s open) no paperwork needed.

Or if you have unlimited delivery, courier collection is free from door. If not unlimited, then they do charge £2 per collection to your account.
