I have a lovely Starbucks umbrella that they gave me last year in Singapore, if anyone steals this I will be devastated. Totes is nowhere near as luxurious and silky and GREY in colour - with the word "Starbucks" lovingly printed in silvery white around the rim. You need to forget the Totes brolly, move on, get over it, LET IT GO!

In Vegas this year, the maid was left a tip on the nightstand each morning and she wouldn't take it until we wrote a small note thanking her for cleaning our room. They must have had a policy at the hotel where the staff cannot take anything unless there is proof they haven't stolen it.
