Don't forget that people generally tend to use the business facebook pages to complain as this is visable to other customers and therefore gets the company to respond at a quicker pace. People seldom often use those pages to complement the company - I know I never have

We have been using insure and go for several years with pre existing conditions and last year my dh fell out of the loft hatch in our villa and ended up in celebration hospital with 12 broken ribs and broken shoulder and they were so good we never saw a bill and they arranged extra leg room seats on our flights home with a spare seat, virgin even gave us a bottle of champagne to make up for all the upset. In April this year he managed to get a bad case of man flu (puenomonia) ha ha and a quick call resulted in a call from a doctor free of charge with a prescription issued to pick up in Publix. Will continue to use them 👍

I used to use them but at my last renewal they doubled my premium because I was 67 so found a better offer. Didn't have to claim, so can't comment on that.

We used them for a family holiday to Portugal, unfortunately my son had to have his appendix out when we were there which obviously meant a longer stay as he was hospitalised privately - they were fantastic, sorted everything without us having to do anything.

We used them for years until we had to use them a few years back had nothing but trouble with them tried alsorts to get out of paying took us about a year to get sorted.

They were the worst company to deal with when my husband died.
My insurance paid out, my son and daughter in law's a different company paid out instantly, Insure and Go (my daughter's company) fought for a year to get out of paying.
