spilt stay, 2nd week disney how early can we check in and ?

Just had a thought, staying for the 1st week at Homewood suites then going onto disney at OKW.
How early can we check in? was thinking maybe 11ish, I persume I can leave my bags with the luggage guys and they deliver it to the room.
This would then free us up for our first full day at disney.

Also wondering which park to do 1st want to do MK the following day as want to do crystal palace .
Was thinking maybe Epcot as that is our 2nd fav park...
or plan b is water park and mooch around the broad walk with beaches and cream for lunch,checkin into room and Epcot in the evening for fireworks.

Anyadvise please.
Obviously this also depends on park hours etc.

Hi there,

We had our 2nd week at POR last year and we checked in there about 10am, obviously our room wasn't ready but we got all the paperwork done and were also allocated our room number, our cases were stored by the concierge and we were free to use the facilities until our room was ready. Have a great time.

You can check in as early as you want to. Bell Services will keep your luggage for you until you return to your room, they won't deliver it unless someone is there.

I presume you are not wanting to use your Disney tickets until you arrive at OKW?

No we are just hitting universal, discovery cove, legoland, IOA, aqutica and the malls for our first week, so disney will be done in 10 days.

Thanks thought I could leave my luggage with bell services.
