Christmas season - parades and shows
Going to DLP Nov 27-29 - MK open until 7pm Friday and 10pm Saturday. What sort of time would you expect tree lighting ceremony, evening parade and castle light-up to be? Will probably stay until close on Friday then go back to Hotel New York where we are staying for a meal at Parkside Diner, but debating what time to leave park to eat on Saturday - or to eat in park? Don't want to miss the night time things!

From what I can remember it is around 7pm for the tree lighting. I would definately stay and eat in the park on the Saturday, there are some ok places to eat. Blue Lagoon is one of my favourites. Plaza Gardens is good too as it is buffet style and quite good value for money in DLP terms lol.
Have fun. DLP at Christmas time is great.
