Did you receive an email to say your flight was cancelled? We are due to fly on 10th May and flight is still showing confirmed, although I did notice today our flight is no longer on sale so maybe they are in the process of cancelling.

I didn’t receive an email, despite being lead booker but others in the party did on March 12th to say the outward LGW - MCO on 24th June had been cancelled. Didn’t follow it up until today to allow the more immediate departures to be dealt with.

So have BA cancelled your flights for the 24th of June? or has somebody in the party cancelled?

I just had an email that my outbound is cancelled, can I now ring for a refund or do I have to wait until the other half is cancelled?

No you don't need to wait you can phone and ask for a full refund.

The outbound LGW-MCO was cancelled. The other 3 legs (EDI -LGW, MCO - LGW and LGW - EDI) were still live, but not much use without that crucial leg

Only my domestic flight was cancelled but no problem getting refund for the full booking .

I've had an email today saying both our flights are cancelled, LGW-MCO 10th-25th May.
I've been calling for the last 3 hours but can't get through, just says due to high call volumes they can't take my call and cuts me off, I've rather they put me in a queue, even if it took a couple of hours.

Well done BA today I managed to cancel Avios flights for May and July, really lovely man called Gustavous, no quibble very understanding and efficient.

Keep trying the number. We had been calling and getting the same response for a couple of hours and then eventually got through and into a queuing system, which wasn't for very long and spoke to a lovely guy who processed our refund with no problem :-)
