Does a service called "Royal Mail" still exist? Since 2004 in my dealings Royal Mail seems to be the only one that doesn't always arrive and the seller has to redo the documents. Of course, Royal Mail can improve buy in my experience I would try and avoid them.

I was given a prepaid fedex label attached to the email with the documents for sending back so didn’t cost me anything.
