Unable to contact DVC (by phone)

Just tried to phone DVC to make an alteration to a booking & it tells me I'm in the wrong calling area? This has never happened before, tried on mobile, landline & same message, have they changed their contact details?

Just tried the 0800-783-2893 and it had the engaged tone, never experienced that before and chat is not currently available. Tried again and then had the Welcome Home message but then went straight into playing music and no choices, third call went back to engaged tone.

Hope you can get through soon.

Just tried that number also, got Regal Plumbing in Ohio, something is seriously wrong somewhere,never ever had thisproblem previously in 16 years, getting a bit worried?

Re tried using 0800 800 9800 got through eventually & was told there was a 45minute wait, very worrying that the system has changed for some reason?

And 0800-783-2893 is also working okay this morning.

Suspect a software line bug. This will probably be VOIP line.
