If it’s one- I wouldn’t bother. There will always be something. If it’s several you should let the management company know

The management company can ask the pest control company to come for an extra visit. I wouldn't bother for one though as it may have just gotten in when you opened the door. Was it alive or dead/dying? If the latter the spraying is still working and the occasional one is pretty unavoidable here.

Pest control should kill them once they enter the property it doesn't stop them getting in.
You shouldn't see loads. If you do phone the villas management company, it's nothing to do with the clubhouse

We had loads in an emerald island villa once. The management company kept saying they'd sorted it but tgey never did. I ended up leaving all the lights on at night as they used to come out more at night ...horrid things x

We had 2 or 3 on arrival day beside (empty) kitchen bin. I'm not sure they were roaches, smaller - earwig size, but some kind of bugs we didn't want. As we were just about to head to supermarket I bought a can of bug spray and gave a good spray around bin and skirting and thankfully never saw them again so I guess they came in either with bin or when I was bringing cases in from car. I did spray a little ever 3 or 4 days to be sure.

Give the management company a call they will send pest control out to give the villa a quick spray. Our villas are treated regularly and we also spray when we visit twice a year..
