Drive time to Busch

How long would it take to drive to Busch gardens from Champions Gate area? Trying to work out if best to do as a day trip or do an overnighter?

We get on the I4 at Jct 55 takes us 45/50 mins traffic dependant should take you maybe 5 mins longer
Coming back depending on time of day can be around an hour if you get stuck in traffic
Usually just before jct 55
Easy doable as a day trip

We ve done it as a day trip a few times
Have even driven further on afterwards to one of the beaches and then back in the same day

Certainly under an hour on the way there... a little longer on the way back if you hit rush hour traffic.
It’s an easy drive and certainly doesn’t warrant an overnight.
