Has anyone ordered from Michael Kors?

I've never order online from Michael Kors before but I ordered a bag from them in the sale a few days ago. I'm a tad concerned about lots of bad reviews I've since seen saying they aren't receiving their orders.

I've had an email saying it has been shipped and a tracking number with dpd, but when you track on dpd they haven't received anything. On the mk site it mentions being processed by customs.

Anyone ordered? Worried i've made a mistake and will have a battle on my hands getting a refund in weeks to come.

Yes we buy a few times a year from them ,always arrive .dd ordered in the sale at xmas ,it arrived last week no problem

I haven�t ordered but the timings don�t seem at all concerning to me. If it is with customs, DDP won�t have received it yet.

I ordered the weekend before Christmas expecting delivery after Christmas and it turned up early.

Also DPD delivery who I think are one of the best couriers.

The deliveries with them always show up on their system before they receive the parcel so it can a couple of days before you see transit info.

Thanks everyone, fingers crossed. Normally wouldn't worry, just after seeing lots of bad reviews and a message on the website about delays, started to panic. Its not urgent so will just wait and see

Where�s is coming from ?

A lot of stuff coming in from Europe no is taking forever just to brexit and new customs rules .

I ordered something 2 weeks ago from a company that normally takes 2-3 days and it took till yesterday to arrive with DPD

We have also ordered on the 9/01/21 and says Customs for our parcel online as well. But there is also a sorry message on the main page saying sorry, the UK are taking slightly longer to deliver at this time.

We�re awaiting a delivery of ink for our printer that was sent at Christmas. I phoned Monday and they said the delay was due to brexit and things are stuck at borders. They did say that things are now moving smoothly again but there�s a backlog.

Another set was sent express from Germany and arrived today. The original is now showing as delayed with Royal Mail.
