Number one , I disagree , from personal experience and call listening weekly
Number two, Ultimate on demand (the product discussed here) can be removed by the customer using the My Sky app with no need to call

Missed this first time around. Thanks, Bondy. Very easy to do and we have just saved £5.99 a month and got Sky Box Sets thrown in. Cost to change for us was £0 (for two months). We'll see what happens after that :-)
